Birch Bakery opened in 2019, Dubai’s first all-sourdough bakery offering a menu of bread & pastry items made with natural flour & butters.
Selling out every day, the bakery is open from 7am till 3pm, from the Al Quoz central bakery facility; offering take-away bakery items, drinks, meals & more. We also deliver across Dubai.
We use traditional bread baking methods that require time and patience. Our 100% natural sourdough loaves are hand shaped and fermented for over 20 hours.
We’re passionate about unprocessed, good-for-you ingredients and artisanal methods.
We have partnered with Wildfarmed Flours, a UK & France based regenerative farming cooperative. 100% sustainable, traceable, non commodity wheat and stone milled.
